I don’t know why, but my ‘hoods never feel complete without a little pet store, so here’s one I made quickly for Belladonna Cove. I decided to upload it, but this is the first time I’ve ever uploaded a lot, so please tell me if I’ve forgotten something or if there are any problems. The pictures I posted earlier were from me playtesting it with Kimberly, so it should work fine. Hope you like it!

There’s a furnished and an unfurnished version, .sims3pack version and a .package version, requires Ambitions and Generations, and CC and store stuff is included to make things easier. Pretty much the same TOU as everybody else, don’t claim as your own, don’t upload to other sites, blah blah blah. Ok.

Dover

A family house this time! Contains four bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, a small closet sort of (could be used as a study), large garden with a play area for kids and a vegetable garden. Comes unfurnished. sims3pack. And I think it’s on a 30x40 lot. 

No CC (nope nothing, not even patterns/terrain paints). Requires; base game, ambitions, generations, world adventures, pets and late night (I actually checked this time!). The majority of the items used are from the base game, and I’m 90% sure that the only thing I used from late night was the fountains in the pond.

So, I reached a milestone today. I made it past 450 followers! :’)

I’ve been meaning and meaning to upload a house for quite some time and never got around to it for fear that I’d do it incorrectly and tons of people wouldn’t have any CC that was included. Quite honestly, I’m still a little afraid. :P

If you have any problems, let me know. I guess.

I used minimal CC - a couple of rugs, a blanket, windows, blinds, and walls. I think that’s it. The majority of it was sims3packs, and from what I read, that stuff is packed in the sims3pack with it. (I..hope.) Anything that was a .package was included in the .zip!

As far as I know, the EPs you need are Generations, Showtime, and Pets, but I’m going to go ahead and say that you’ll probably need Ambitions and World Adventures too, just to be on the safe side. Go ahead and try to download it without those and work around it if you want, though. I know I’ve been in that position.

Anywho! I think that’s all I really need to say. If you have any issues, let me know.

Grace Chapel ~ Furnished

Grace Chapel is a nice little chapel for your sims to get married.  There is the main area with seating for 18 wedding guests.  You’ll also find a small reception area with a buffet, a place to put your wedding cake, tables and chairs, and a small dance floor and stereo.  And of course, a small bathroom.  Outside I’ve done a lot of a landscaping.  There’s a lovely bench under one of the trees, a garden with a fountain, and the gazebo.

Lot price:  60k~ (it’s a community lot so I didn’t write it down)

You’ll need all EPs except Showtime, no stuff packs.  CC is included.  I wasn’t sure  if the candles on the table on the balcony got included (didn’t see them when I scanned) so I added them to the zip as a precaution.  As always playtested and scanned with Sims 3 Pack Cleaner.

Painting Sunflowers - 2BR, 1BA § 17,000

I tried making a starter house, and I also tried to keep it CC free and Base Game only—not that I succeeded! This requires the Base Game, Late Night, and these doors by Einfach Simlish. It’s on a 25x25 lot with plenty of room for expansion. :)
